OC20 / Achira is a monster character I based around bats. This creature used to be a person; a child caught in the crossfires of war. Because of certain events, the child was taken care of by a scientist who also happens to be a motherly figure to these children of war.
Scientific Subject OC20 or Achira as the scientist calls him as well as the other children were subjected to experiments. At first, they seemed, normal, but as time went by, the experiments got riskier, and much more dangerous.
The whole facility has been abandoned until the war de-escalates, travelers or passersby who happen to be near the facility would hear strange noises but dare not approach or enter.
